John Ayoub is a founding partner with Ayoub, Mansour & Bryant, LLC. His practice focuses on real estate litigation with an emphasis on tax sale foreclosures, curative quiet title actions and real estate closings.

John was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2000 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia, Middle District of Georgia, Southern District of Georgia, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and US Supreme Court. He was an Associate at the law firm Alston & Bird from 2000 – 2001 and worked as a Staff Attorney for Fulton County Georgia, prior to becoming a founding partner of Ayoub & Mansour, LLC.

John graduated from New York University with an LLM in Taxation in 2000, and from the University of Georgia School of Law cum laude in 1999. While there, he was a member of the University of Georgia Intellectual Property Journal. He graduated with a B.A. from the University of Georgia in 1995.

Mr. Ayoub has practiced extensively in the state and federal appellate courts. Mr. Ayoub also regularly presents at real estate and foreclosure CLEs and is considered one of the foremost experts in the State of Georgia on matters dealing with Georgia tax deeds.

He lives in Dekalb County Georgia with his wife and four daughters.
